Quick Answers

Yes. The Last Sector is completely free to play. You can register, pick a planet, build your base, and fight other players without spending a cent. Space Energy can be deposited with real money for convenience, but it can also be earned through gameplay. There are no pay-to-win mechanics.
After selecting your planet type during registration, you will enter the planet view. Tap any empty hex tile to open the build menu. Choose a structure (Extractor, Lab, Barracks, etc.), confirm the cost, and a builder will begin construction. Build times vary — upgrade your HQ to unlock more builders and faster construction.
Combat in The Last Sector is real-time PvP. You select units from your trained army, choose a target planet from the galaxy map, and launch a raid. Battles are resolved server-side based on army composition, hero bonuses, and research upgrades. Victorious attackers earn trophies, resources, and stars.
The game features a player-driven economy. Space Energy (SE) is the premium currency — you can deposit real money or earn it through gameplay. The in-game market lets players buy and sell resources. Deposits carry a 5% fee and withdrawals carry a 10% fee. Earned SE is spent before deposited SE.
Space Energy (SE) is the premium currency of The Last Sector. You can acquire it in two ways: depositing real money through our payment system, or earning it through gameplay activities like PvP victories, clan wars, and seasonal rewards. SE can be used to speed up builds, purchase resources on the market, or withdrawn back to real money.
Clans are groups of up to 50 players. You can create your own clan or join an existing one. Clan members can donate resources, chat in real-time, and participate in weekly clan wars. Clan wars pit clans against each other in coordinated PvP battles for war chests and glory points.
During registration, after creating your account and selecting a hero class, you will choose from six planet types: Volcanic, Arctic, Desert, Oceanic, Forest, and Crystal. Each type provides different resource bonuses and visual themes. Choose wisely — your planet type is permanent for the season.
The Last Sector runs in any modern browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. We recommend Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. The game uses WebGL for the galaxy map and WebSocket for real-time updates. No plugins, downloads, or installations required.
